MOUNT KILIMANJARO & MERU INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

INCLUDED IN PRICE PACKAGE

  • Private transport to & from Kilimanjaro International Airport to your accommodations in Moshi.
  • 2 nights of accommodation at Kilimanjaro Wonders Hotel
  • Transportation to & from the Kilimanjaro gate
  • Park entry fees,

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Full board accommodation whilst on safari in the above mentioned en suite tented camps and lodges
  • Full meal breakfast, lunch & dinner while on safari
  • All game drives viewing in a custom built 4x4 Safari Land Cruiser
  • All Current Government taxes and levies
  • Unlimited bottled drinking water and refrigerated cool box with soft drinks
  • All park and entrance fees
  • Office Assistance
  • Professional English speaking driver/guide during the safari.
  • Two night Hotel accommodation in Moshi/Arusha.
  • Transfers to and from the airport

PACKAGE NOT INCLUDED:

  • Flights to and from Tanzania
  • Visa fees for Tanzania (approx. 50 USD on arrival, USA and CANADA passport holders USD.100)
  • Gratuities & tips for your safari cook/guide or Driver. USD. 20/day
  • Any other items of a personal nature, laundry, telephone and postage

New Standard Operating Procedures - COVID19

Our New Operating Standard Procedures (COVID-19).  Based on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism National Standard Operating Procedures for management of the COVID-19 threat. These are the rules put in place to continue operations while at the same time protecting visitors. The items include: Thermal screening for arriving passengers. All contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. Our Staff members will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when attending to guests and servicing guest areas.
